On Friday, April 18th, the students of the Marshfield High School Concert Band and Wind Ensemble enjoyed a special performance by the Westfield State College Brass Quintet. The quintet performed a wonderful variety of their repertoire that featured the various members of the quintet.

The quintet, comprised of music education majors, were Richard Pope and Tim Donahue on trumpet, Michael Burke playing French Horn, Gregory Lopes performing on Euphonium and John Lennon handling the bass parts on tuba. Following the 30 minute performance, Marshfield High School Students had a very informative question and answer session.
The Marshfield Music Department would like to thank alumni Andrea Biagini for the initial idea of having this performance at MHS as well as the Westfield State College Brass Quintet for their outstanding performance!
