Why Donate? The Marshfield Friends of Music (FOM) exists to enhance the experience of the talented musicians participating in the music programs of the Marshfield Public School System (K-12). Without the support of FOM and donations from people like you, many aspects of the music program would either be diminished or unaddressed by public funding.
How Does Friends of Music Use Your Contribution?
All of the funds raised by FOM go directly to benefit the music program and our student musicians. Funds raised provide thousands of dollars of music scholarships annually, finance needed musical instruments and equipment, provide educational computers and music software, purchase band and concert uniforms, assist in funding trips and events that would otherwise be unavailable to our students, and assist in financing many other important aspects of the music programs of the Marshfield Public Schools. How Do I Donate? It’s simple! To donate, simply click on the “Donate” button to the right. This will send you directly to a secure PayPal site. There, you may enter your credit card/billing information or, if you are a PayPal user, log into your PayPal account (note that a PayPal account is not required in order to make a donation). Once your donation to FOM is entered, you will be asked to confirm the details of your donation before paying. Once the donation is confirmed, donors will receive an e-mail contribution authorization notice from PayPal, and your web browser will be redirected back to the FOM website. Is My Donation Tax Deductible? FOM is a 501(C)(3) organization, so your donation is 100% tax deductible. Please consult your accountant regarding specific details.
