Music Jacket Order Form - Deadline March 31, 2008

 

Juniors in all music groups have until March 31 to submit a Jacket Order Form. Jackets are presented at the Music Awards Ceremony on May 14. Friends of Music funds the purchase of a nylon hooded jackets for each Junior in the music program, and students have the option to upgrade to wool letter jackets.

 

Download the form, complete and return to the envelope in the MHS Band Room.
